CST electrical previously operating under CST propertyworks established in 2016 have taken a new direction and narrowed down our services to electrical only.
Narrowing down our services electrical only will enable us to provide a more efficient and more available service building on our 5* rated reputation which has been built over the past three years while trading as CST propertyworks.
We primarily provide PAT testing services for domestic,commercial and industrial clients.
We also carry out small electrical repairs and upgrades such as replacement sockets,fitting of outdoor sockets,replacement light fixings etc.
Fixed wiring checks of domestic properties is also available along with a full written report outlining any faults and remedial works required.
APPLIANCE TESTING AND REPORTING
Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the testing of any none fixed electrical appliances. Any appliances tested are labelled with the test date engineers name and a unique identification number.
Upon completion a certificate will be issued stating the date and the property address or business name.
Any faulty appliances found will have their i.d number recorded along with the test results, reason for failure and location of the appliance.
INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT
Installation of replacement light fittings,sockets,switches etc all products supplied by us carry at minimum a 12 month guarantee. Replacement electric showers supplied and fitted by ourselves carry a two year guarantee.
Outside sockets and lights are also covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee.
FIXED WIRING TESTING AND REPORTING
This type of test involves testing the individual circuits within a property for faults such as poor earthing, live neutral reversal, broken wires or high resistance.
Following the test a full and comprehensive report is created detailing any faults which are coded from very severe and needing immediate attention to recommendations.
This method of testing is ideal if you have a fault or are concerned about aging wiring in an older property.
